David was indeed a good guy with noble instincts. I remember him looking out for Eddie Matros, who had some developemental challenges , in the elementary school years.
The rather strange story I heard was that he had moved to Israel and in a very bad luck of the draw was one of the tiny number of people to be killed in a palestinian rocket attack [ while riding a bicycle ]. Does anyone know the real story ?
